Apple Cider Vinegar Popcorn
Check out this recipe for apple cider vinegar and salted popcorn! I am excited to make it for the holiday weekend coming up as a light and healthy snack.
Ingredients needed:
Popcorn kernels (1/4 cup)
Coconut oil, extra-virgin avocado oil or walnut oil (1.5 tablespoon)
Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tablespoon)
Sea salt and pepper (to taste)
How to:
Start with a large pot with the lid on and heat the coconut oil and a few popcorn kernels over med-high heat.
Once the popcorn kernels begin to pop, you may add the rest of the kernels. Place the lid on and leave a little bit of an opening so the steam won’t get trapped inside the pot.
Make sure to move the pot continuously so the popcorn doesn’t burn
Pour the popcorn into a large bowl and add a little more of the oil of your choice, add salt and pepper to taste and then spray or drizzle apple cider vinegar and toss to combine it all.
